    L- pear, larabar, 5oz canned tuna w/ 1/2 an avocado
    D- ~5oz salmon pan seared in olive oil, coconut aminos & spices w/ sauteed onion, mushroom, bell pepper, yellow squash, zucchini in olive oi/spices
    S- larabar, watermelon
    water-check

    1. Thanks for all the guidance Mark and Sarah this has definitely changed the way I look at food. Not saying I'll stay strict paleo 100% of the time but I will being eating this way more often than not.

  2. B- paleo cereal with blueberries
    L- another cookout do another burger, yikes. With carrots, tomato and avacado
    D- chicken breast with roasted root vegetables ( carrots, onions, parsnips, celery root, mushrooms, sweet potato and Brussels sprouts
    S- apple with almond butter
    All my water in
    I will continue to eat this way most of the time. I always feel good eating this way although I need to work on eating enough protein

    Breakfast - 3 eggs, bacon, strawberries
    Snack - banana
    Green tea black
    Lunch - 1 sausage, peppers, salad with strawberries and Oranges
    Snack - almonds and dried cranberries
    Dinner - grilled London Broil and asparagus
    Water mark hit

    Although I probably won't adhere as strictly as I have the last month, I plan on continuing eating better and using a lot of what I have learned and continuing a some what Paleo lifestyle going forward.

    Mixed buts through day.
    Water :/

    I want to. I woke up this morning and said oh yes I can have my regular cup of coffee finally! Them thought why go back... Gonna really try to eat this way! Not moving fast but going in the right direction..... I have the power over what I do to my body! (Lees words of wisdom) so day one for me with out "having" to do it.
