Day 27 5/31/14

There are only 2 days remaining in the challenge! Gather all your results and get ready to re-test on Monday!

    Breakfast - 3 eggs and bacon & banana
    Snack - larabar
    Lunch - sliced ham, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple
    Snack - whole almonds
    Dinner - cold lime & herb chicken breast over mixed greens with almonds, dried cranberries, and peppers (leftovers from the night before)
    Water mark hit

  2. Post WOD- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder mixed with water
    B- smoothie (almond milk, almond butter, banana), 3 scrambled eggs
    L- salad w/ red leaf lettuce, tomatoes, cuc, ~3oz smoked turkey w/ balsamic vinegar
    S- pear, larabar, ~4oz canned tuna w/ 1/2 an avocado
    D- ~5oz salmon pan seared in olive oil, coconut aminos & spices w/ sauteed onion, mushroom, bell pepper, yellow squash, zucchini in olive oi/spices
    S- larabar, 6 strawberries
    water-check

  3. All water, tea, coconut water in
    B- chicken meatball and coconut kefir shake with strawberries, blueberries and chia seed
    L- hamburg and carrot sticks
    D- hamburg, asparagus and mushrooms. ( had 2 cookouts today and had no other choice than to have hamburg
    S-apple and almond butter

    Plantain chips pineapples
    Hand full of mixed nuts / all water
