Day 12 5/16/14

  1. B- smoothie (8oz almond milk, 1 banana, cashew butter) 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 ~2oz sausages (chicken, apple, onion, spices)
    L- salad w/ spring mix/spinach, tomato, cucs, 1/2 an avocado and~3oz smoked turkey, homemade paleo Italian dressing.
    S- 2 handfuls of sunflower seeds ~30-40 seeds
    Post WOD- ~8oz coconut water with 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    Dinner- Buffalo chicken "meatloaf" w/ ~6oz ground chicken, onion, celery, bell pepper, mushroom and spices. Sauteed zucchini and yellow squash on the side cooked in ~2tsp of olive oil and spices.
    Dessert-~6oz of strawberries

  2. Breakfast- coconut kefir with banana, strawberries, chia seeds and egg white protein
    Lunch- tomato, avacado and hard boiled egg
    Snack-raisins and pepitas
    Dinner- blackened chicken with brocolli, cauliflower, zucchini and summer squash
    Dates and macadamia nuts. ( I'm hooked(

    Banana pre WOD
    Whey with water post WOD
    Breakfast - 3 eggs, bacon, fruit
    Snack - almonds & dried cranberries
    Lunch - (late) romaine, strawberries, mandarin oranges, almonds, grilled chicken, balsamic vinaigrette
    Snack - larabar
    Dinner - (late after work 10pm) 3 eggs and bacon
    Water mark hit

  5. Haven't been posting :( life just always seems to get in the way! Definitely trying to stay at at least 90% Paleo every day and finding that to be successful. water on the other hand has been a challenge!

  6. I went to bed early yesterday so now I hope I remember everything- d- plain burger home Meade w onions chicken- beef jerky- ll- kale salad w beets - mixed veggies- b- eggs onions apple- water
