    1. Sent that too soon... also with the snack was 2 handfuls of sunflower seeds
      D- ~4oz chicken/veggie stir fry with coconut aminos

  2. B- chicken meatballs with paleo cranberry sauce , peppers and zucchini
    L- salad with lettuce, peppers , onions, tomato, celery, cucumber, avacado and chicken
    S- mango, spinach, collard greens, pineapple, coconut milk shake
    D- lobster, peppers, zucchini and 1/2 sweet potato
    S- dates and pecans

    Dinner - grilled steak tips, peppers, mixed greens, asparagus
