    L- salad w/ spring mix/spinach, tomatoes, cucs, 1/2 an avocado, ~3oz smoked turkey w/ balsamic vinegar
    S- banana, larabar
    Post WOD- 6 oz coconut water w/ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    D- ground turkey meatballs w/ mushroom, onion, zucchini cooked in coconut aminos ~1/2tsp of raw honey and spices, larabar
    Water-check

    Kale nut chicken beet mixed greens egg salad
    Palo bar
    Chicken sweet potato onion carrot green bean soup (slow cooker home made) delist - oh yeah and kale garlic w spices
    Guacamole cukes apple sauce - water check -------
    Bonus: my 9 year old son says "mommy it looks like UR stomach is getting smaller" ��

    Breakfast - 3 eggs and 1 chicken apple sausage
    Snack - strawberries and blueberries
    Green tea black
    Lunch - mixed greens with almonds and sliced strawberries and a side of roast beef
    Whey protein with water post WOD
    Dinner - roasted chicken, mixed greens, and half a sweet potato
    Water mark hit
    Does this run through Monday or end Sunday night? Just curious.

  4. I don't know what happened to my post yesterday. I typed it but must not have published it so I'll try to remember everything
    B- coconut kefir shake with banana and strawberry and 2 eggs
    L- salad of lettuce tomato, cukes, apples, peppers, celery, blueberries with chicken meatballs
    S- macadamia a and dates
    D- steak, sweet potato, grilled peppers
