  1. B- smoothie (almond milk, banana, almond butter)
    L- salad mixed greens/spinach w/ tomato, cucs, ~3oz smoked turkey, 1/2 an avocado & paleo Italian dressing
    Post WOD- 8 oz coconut milk w/ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    D- sauteed chicken w/ mango, olive oil & spices w/ sauteed onion, bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, mushroom in oil oil & spices

  2. B- coconut kefir with mango, strawberries, superfood powder, egg white protein and chia seeds
    L- coconut chicken curry soup and a salad
    S- applesauce with flax seed and some carrots
    D- blackened chicken with mango salsa, summer squash, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    All water in

    2 eggs, peppers, apple chicken sausage
    Green tea black
    Snack - larabar
    Lunch - mixed greens, dried cranberries, almonds
    Snack - banana
    Dinner - ribs and mixed greens with peppers
    Water mark hit
